Workwise Ergonomics adheres to all data protection laws in the countries in which it operates and regularly reviews its controls and procedures to ensure continued compliance.  Workwise Ergonomics are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO Registration ZA195835).

When Workwise Ergonomics collects, records or uses any personal data, all appropriate safeguards will be applied to ensure the relevant legislation is adhered to at all times.  Personal data will not be used for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except where required by law.  Personal data will only be retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil those purposes.

Workwise Ergonomics offers various ergonomics and safety management software and services to organisations and individuals designed to help them identify and control their own organisational risks. In offering these products and services, Workwise Ergonomics will often need to process personal data on behalf of the client with the specific aim of assisting them in understanding and reducing the risks they face. 

In order to provide such products and services, Workwise Ergonomics do allow third parties access to certain personal data in order to fulfil their obligation in supplying certain services to its clients.  Any third parties granted access must commit to adhering to certain controls and procedures and accept joint liability with Workwise Ergonomics for their own actions when accessing personal data.  Data Processing Agreements with third parties are in place where appropriate.

Workwise Ergonomics has a responsible marketing policy and does not give details of our customers or related individuals to any other company. We may contact our customers by mail, e-mail or telephone with details of products and services if consent has been granted.  This can be withdrawn at any time by emailing info@weareworkwise.co.uk.

The lawful basis for Workwise Ergonomics processing personal data is legitimate interest and adheres to the key principles of data protection as set out in the GDPR regulations and UK Data Protection Act 2018:

LINKS and PUBLIC FORUMS

We have no control over the information accessed through links from our site. You use links at your own risk.

If you post your personal information in a public forum, we have no control over how it is used and no responsibility to protect it for you.

UPDATE

We use a third party autoresponder to manage our subscriber lists. You can update your details via the link on any emails that we send to you, or by contacting us.

We cover the ergonomic hazards that arise from hybrid working. From DSE and manual handling to the mental health challenges of remote working, we take a holistic approach to employee wellbeing, and deliver our training in the context of a changing world of work.
